Is it safe to shop on your website?

What if I want to ship a gift to someone?
On the checkout form, there is space for a shipping address which can be different from your billing address. At your request, we can include a gift card with your personalized message free of charge. You can either alert us of your special request in the notes section at checkout or you alert us using the “contact us” section.

What if the products are damaged?
Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and all original packaging material must be kept.

How and when do you ship my order?
We use FedEx ground, DHL, Courier Connect and Freight World for our shipments. All products in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order excluding weekends and public holidays.

What if I want my order shipped overnight?
You can alert us of your preference using the “contact us” section. We will let you know of the options you have and the additional fee required.

Do you deliver internationally?
